Nothing could have been better!

The owners made us feel at home and are very friendly. The room was large and had a lovely decor. The property is of a very high standard and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the excellent location with great views of the harbor. The extra attention to detail was amazing, with a bottle of Prosecco, chocolates, and a bowl of cherries and strawberries. The free water bottles and air conditioning were much appreciated. The balcony with views of the church was the perfect chill place. The rooms were clean and modern, with thoughtful touches such as gowns, slippers, and chocolates. The WiFi connection was good, and the bed was very comfy. The staff were very friendly, and the location was great with restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

The spring on the en-suite doors was too strong and needed adjustment. The bathroom door design could be more private, and it would have been nice to have a towel hook in the bathroom.

wonderful overall experience. beautifully decorated hotel located in a nice enough area near all restaurants, and local shops. spotless and large rooms with a great view of the harbour! attentive venue employees all round. perfect location, within short walking distance of everywhere.

The room was spotless and the staff were wonderful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was amazing, with beautiful views and a convenient location for both swimming and dining options. We also appreciated the extra treats like free chocolates and a coffee machine in the room.

While the room was chic and exquisite, it was smaller than expected. There was very limited storage space, which made it difficult to move around and store our belongings.

It was an original hotel with very good internet. The rooms were immaculately clean and lovely and had a microwave oven, an electric kettle and refrigerators. The staff and people generally were nice!

This hidden gem of an apartment hotel near the harbor blew us away with its high standards of décor and service. Our large, spotlessly clean King room had a breathtaking view of the sea and sunrise. The newly fitted appliances and the super comfy bed were jaw-dropping. The shower, air con, and free wi-fi were mind-blowing. We loved the express check-in and the surprise in our fridge. The interior design was super trendy, and the plentiful breakfast was excellent. The location was ideal, with cafes, restaurants, and a gorgeous sandy beach nearby. The boat activity in the harbor was a fantastic sight. Staying here made us very happy, and the hospitality was top-notch. Perfect start to our holiday!

Awesome location right in the heart of the main square, surrounded by restaurants and shops. Beach just across the street and everything within walking distance. Modern and clean rooms with nice touches like gowns, slippers, and chocolates. Comfy bed and good WiFi connection.- Friendly staff and exceptional service. The hosts went out of their way to ensure a perfect stay.- Special surprises like a cake upon arrival, daily treats, and bottles of water were greatly appreciated.

Lack of personal interaction. Never saw any other guests and staff were rarely around.

Our stay at Kalypso Suites was simply amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautifully decorated hotel and its prime location in the heart of Elounda. The room we stayed in was not only comfortable but also offered a breathtaking sea view. The attention to detail from the staff was outstanding. Even though they were unaware of our upcoming wedding, they surprised us with a cake and nougat. It made us feel so special, and it seems they go above and beyond for every guest. The suite was spacious, nicely decorated, and included a pleasant surprise of strawberries, chocolates, and prosecco. Daily cleaning was thorough. The sea view was stunning, and the hosts were friendly. The central location had plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars nearby. Public beach within a minute's walk. Convenient parking at the nearby port.
